Admission Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator facilitates the admission process and coordinates Care Conferences, Resident Council and Family Town Hall/Council. The Admissions Coordinator also provides counseling, referral and advocacy services to residents and families with placement concerns, personal financial and legal issues, grief and/or adjustment issues.
