A monthly statement detailing the daily personal care home charges is sent to the resident or family contact person. Charges for services not included in the daily rate may be added to the monthly statement.

We encourage the pre-authorized debit process for payment of the monthly billing. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, cheque, or cash.

Cash payments and/or payments by Credit Card/Debit Card are accepted any time at the Concordia Hospital Information Desk.
